Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Choose the "Place an Order" button anywhere on the site. You will then need to register your email address and create a password. You will receive a verification email, which will allow you to log into the site.

The order process is easy. Simply click and choose your selections with regard to font style and colour, ribbon, and embellishments. Enter the text you would like on the front and back. We have many verses available for you to choose from should you like to include one.

You will also have the option of uploading your own photo or choosing one of our motifs.

How will I know what my candle will look like?
Once you have made your selections of text, font, verse etc, we will send you an email letting you know that your proof is ready for you to view. Simply log into our website using the name and password you created when you registered.

You can either approve the proof, and then make payment. We will then begin the production process.

OR

You can request changes to your proof, and another proof will be prepared generally within 48 hours.

Please thoroughly check all spelling and artwork to ensure everything is correct. Once approved, no further changes will be permitted.

Due to the differences in monitor, display driver, printer and print driver settings, the colour of your candle’s decorations including text, ribbon and any other adornments, may not exactly match the colour you see on your screen or on your printer.

When will I receive my order?

Candles will be ready within 7 days after approval of your proof has been made and we have received cleared funds.

Items will be shipped using Australia Post Registered Mail, and takes 1-6 days depending on your location in Australia, and Australia Post. Items can be also be shipped using Express Post, which allows for delivery in 1-2 days.

Pick up is also available from The Ponds (near Quakers Hill/Rouse Hill in North West Sydney), NSW.

What is included in the price?

The prices shown on our Products and Pricing page include:

*text on the front and back in your choice of colour and font style

*ribbon

*your choice of motif/photo and ribbon

What if I want something changed on my proof?

We aren't happy unless you are, and offer free unlimited proofs so you can make as many changes as you like until you are 100% satisfied. Only once you approve a proof and make payment will production of your candle begin.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept:

*Bank transfer (preferred) (our bank account details will be supplied at checkout)

*Paypal. Use Visa, Mastercard, or funds in your Paypal account

*Cash on pick-up (with prior approval)

We also accept cheques and money orders, but payment will need to be cleared before production can begin..

What sort of photo can I send to be placed on a candle?

A high-resolution photo is best. The higher the resolution of the photo you provide will result in a more clear and sharp image on the candle. Poor quality images can produce poor results. We can accept most file formats.

Photos can be colour or black and white.

Do you offer pick up?
Yes we do. We would love to save you spending money on postage, so we happily provide pick-up from The Ponds, NSW, by arrangement. The Ponds is 5 minutes from Rouse Hill, 20 minutes from Parramatta.
What type of candles do you use?
We only use quality Australian candles that are smokeless and dripless in normal conditions. The candles are sealed at the end of the production process to infuse the image and text into the candle. The end result is an elegant candle with a high gloss finish.
